Now, if you are wondering how we get started, your first, no obligation step,  is to:  Sign up to receive our  Latest Homes Update.

This  e-newsletter  is delivered the 1st Sunday of every month and contains current real estate market and home sale preparation information.

Step Two: Take time to prepare.  We believe in taking time with our clients to help  them prepare their homes to sell or help them get ready to buy.  Together we analyze home prices, competing listings,  neighborhoods,non-motorized transportation options, styles of homes and workable floor plans.    We view pricing  as an important, strategic decision, which requires seller involvement from the beginning.

Step Three: Don't rule out renting if you are not quite ready to sell your home or the current market will not generate the price you want. One of my partners and I  have been landlords for just over 20 years. In case you would rather not manage directly, we can introduce you to our team of property managers, at Champions Real Estate Services.  We can even put your home on the market as available "For Sale or Lease".

Step Four:  Call myself or one of my team members to schedule a complementary price analysis of your home or to meet with a lender, if you are planning to buy.

About us: My Latest Home Team consists of 5 friendly and experienced agents  who are based in the neighborhoods of Queen Anne/Magnolia, Ravenna, Bainbridge Island, Phinney Ridge and  Edmonds.

My background: Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Economics with a Land Planning/Management concentration. Bachelor of Arts  in Spanish and a K-12 Teaching Certification. I worked for 15 years with Non-Profit organizations, such as the Central American Peace Campaign,  Seattle Audubon Society, Snohomish County Land Trust, Save Our Wild Salmon Coalition, Bainbridge Parks Foundation, Earth Systems Institute, to name a few. My specialty was non-profit financial and organization system development and management.

My company:  Champions Real Estate Services  is a  young, dynamic, growing company with 150 agents (February 1st, 2010) and 4 conveniently located offices in  Edmonds, Lynnwood , Anacortes and Green Lake.  Our incredible agent network and company support help sell your home in a timely fashion. We also have specialists in  short sales, commercial property, new construction, and business sales.

In the United States, our largest 100 metropolitan areas house a staggering 65 percent of our population...Read More
